About Sherry McCollum

Sherry Lynn McCollum is a Broker Associate with Christie's International Real Estate and has been a licensed real estate agent for over 25 years.  Her extensive background includes residential development, rural land, commercial, coastal residential sales, marketing, and design consulting.

Sherry worked exclusively for The St. Joe Company for 16 years, contributing to five of their exclusive developments: WindMark Beach, WaterSound Origins, WaterSound West Beach, Watercolor, and WaterSound Beach. She obtained her broker's license in 2012 and served as the Broker of Record for The St. Joe Company from February 2013 to March 2016.  During this period, she also did on-site sales at WaterSound Origins from 2013-2016.

Since 2013, she has also provided design consulting for Huff Homes of Florida and currently offers new home sales consulting for Huff Homes in WaterSound Origins.   From 2018 to 2021, Sherry helped open Think Real Estate and worked in general real estate.  She is a graduate of Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA.  Her deep knowledge of residential development and sales gives her clients a competitive edge.

Sherry is committed to enhancing the community and believes in the importance of integrity and reliability in her work.  A native of Lavonia, GA, she relocated to Panama City, Florida in 1997
