About Marianne Grant

Marianne Grant was born and raised in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. She then migrated south trading snow for the white sandy beaches, graduating from the University of Florida and completing her Master Degree at the University of West Florida. She began her real estate career in Pensacola, Florida and continued in Sandestin for 11 years and was on the original St. Joe Company sales team at The Retreat, WaterColor and WaterSound for 12 years before embarking into the world of general brokerage. Marianne has over 30 years of resort real estate experience in the Northwest Florida market and has consistently been one of the top producing agents for the Emerald Coast Board of REALTORS®.

 

The Emerald Coast has remained a special place for Blake Cooper since her childhood family vacations while growing up in Montgomery, Alabama. After graduating from Troy University with a marketing degree, Blake developed her real estate career at The St. Joe Company specializing in sales of exclusive properties along the emerging Scenic Highway 30A corridor. With close to two decades of resort real estate experience in the competitive Northwest Florida luxury market, Blake is now able to provide a unique level of service assisting her new and lasting relationship clients with locating and securing truly exceptional properties along the Emerald Coast.

 

In 2009, Blake and Marianne Grant began working together exclusively at The Premier Property Group where their teamwork consistently achieved top-producer results. In 2014, they advanced their partnership and ability to offer elite listing and sales services by joining the Homes on 30a team where Marianne is a Broker/Owner and Blake is focused on boutique sales and marketing.
