A Little About Kurt

Before real estate, Kurt spent his career serving in the United States Air Force as a Special Operations Loadmaster with the 15th Special Operations Squadron and 1st Special Operations Wing. His military career included four deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and taught him lessons that continue to shape the way he approaches business and life: preparation matters, details matter, and when people are counting on you, you show up.

Kurt holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Purdue University, with a minor in Finance. That background gives him a strong foundation in the financial side of real estate, while his military experience brings a practical, disciplined approach to solving problems and navigating complicated situations.

Outside of real estate, Kurt is happiest outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, boating, and spending time exploring the Northwest Florida outdoors with his family. He's also an avid golfer and enjoys continually working on his game.

Heather brings her own perspective and energy to the team, combining a passion for real estate with a genuine love for the people and lifestyle of South Walton.

As a Realtor and mother, Heather understands that a home is about much more than bedrooms, square footage, and price. It's where families grow, where memories are made, and where people build the life they envisioned when they decided to call 30A home.

Together with Kurt, Heather is passionate about helping people find not only the right property, but the right fit for the way they want to live.

Family First

Away from work, Kurt and Heather are parents to Noah and Jordan. Much of their life revolves around family-school, activities, getting outside, discovering new places, and making the most of living on the Emerald Coast.

They understand firsthand why families are drawn to this area. The beaches are incredible, but the lifestyle goes well beyond the beach. It's the ability to spend a Saturday morning outside, play a round of golf, take the kids fishing, discover a new restaurant, or simply enjoy an evening together as a family.
